From the South:

Route 87 North (NYS Thruway) to exit 24 at Albany. At Albany continue north on Route 87 (Adirondack Northway) to exit 23.

From the North:

Route 87 South (Adirondack Northway) to exit 23.

From the West:

Route 90 East (NYS Thruway) to exit 24 to Albany. At Albany continue north on Route 87 (Adirondack Northway) to exit 23.

From the East:

Route 90 West (NYS Thruway) to exit 24 to Albany. At Albany continue north on Route 87 (Adirondack Northway) to exit 23.

From Exit 24: This exit brings you back to 87N (Northern Pkwy) starting at exit one, continue to exit 23. Take exit 23 towards Warrensburg exit, go 0.2 miles and then make a right at the light toward Route 28. Go 0.7 miles till you see the Warrensburg Health Center on the left, make a left there (there will be a Getty gas station across the street). Go over the bridge (over the river) and immediately afterward make a right onto Route 418. Go 2.7 miles and on your left will be a sign "Sinai Retreats".

By Train

AMTRAK serves New York City to Montreal with daily stops in Fort Edward/Glenn Falls. Please call AMTRAK or go to http://www.amtrak.com for current schedules. If you give us advanced notice of your arrival time, we can arrange for someone to pick you up from the station. There is a NEW train service (Saratoga Railways) that will connect with the Amtrak trains. If you take AMTRAK to Saratoga Springs, NY - you can pick up a Saratoga railways train. By Bus

Greyhound maintains a regular schedule to Warrensburg, stopping at the Marco Polo Pasta station on Main Street. Please call Greyhound or go to www.greyhound.com for current schedules. If you give us advanced notice of your arrival time, we can arrange for someone to pick you up from the station.

By Plane

The Albany Airport is 59 miles south of Warrensburg. If you give us advanced notice of your arrival time, we can arrange for someone to pick you up from the airport.
